How to publish chess diagram

Someone asked me how I published the chess diagram in my Chess Wizard Chess Manual.  Here are the tools that I used to do this:
  • DiagTransfer:  Download and install this application.
  • Chess Fonts: I used Chess Merida. Download this font and install it in your Window System by dropping the font file into Fonts windows (You can find Fonts from Control Panel).
First I copy a position (FEN) from Fritz and paste it into DiagTransfer. From DiagTransfer, I can change the font size and then copy and paste the position again into Microsoft Word. Since Microsoft Word has the Chess Merida font installed, it is able to display the position correctly. It is also possible to directly create a position in DiagTransfer, as well as in Microsoft Word using the font.
